Day9 – San Pellegrini in Alpe

We drive up the valley today to the small village of San Pellegrino in Alpe. Only about 13 or 14 people live in this small village today. High up in the mountains, the town sports a museum, the Museo Etnigrafico Don Luigi Pellegrini, which contains artifacts from life in these mountain villages from time past.
Don Luigi was a local parish priest who gathered these times from villagers throughout the mountains. Numerous spinning wheels, all handmade and all of differing designs, fill one room.
